WHY SCREEN?
Every athlete is different and every sport (and position) has their own specific movement and energy demands.
To make the right program for your and your sport, the first step is to test your current level of physical performance and assess what your training schedule and goals look like.
WHAT'S INVOLVED?
1. SCREENING
The screening included tests to measure your attributes specific to your sport including your mobility, stability, movements patterns, strength, power and endurance.
We use the latest testing technology in sports science for heart rate, force, velocity, power and range of motion.
2. THE PROGRAM

Results from the tests helps to design the right 8 week program for you. Depending on your individual needs, the program will involve an individualised combination of mobility, stability, strength, power and endurance training.

You can keep using your program after 8 weeks however, the best way to keep improving is to regularly adapt your program as you improve. Programs should also change depending on your period of training (pre season, competition, off season etc.) as well as other physiological changes which occur as you continue to train.
