​WHY ONLINE PROGRAMS MIGHT BE SUITABLE FOR YOU
 

We know life can get busy and some athletes prefer to use online resources such as online programs and ideas from social media for their training. However, every athlete is different and every sport (and position) has their own specific movement demands. If you have a solid training background and are looking to improve your physical performance for your sport, the best way to do this without 1-on-1 screening and coaching is with an individualised program for your sport and your individual schedule and goals. 

To make the right program for you and your sport, the first step is to get to know your current level of physical performance as well as your current training schedule and goals.

WHAT'S INVOLVED?

1. CONSULT


The initial consult helps us get to know your current training experience and activities such as the exercises you currently train. We may also ask you to conduct some self-tests while we chat and / or provide some testing results (i.e. endurance time trials, repetition max lifts etc.).


2. THE PROGRAM

  • The info from the consult will help us design the right 8 week program for you. Depending on your individual needs, the program will involve a combination mobility, stability, strength, power and endurance exercises.

     

  • You can keep using the program after 8 weeks, however, the best way to keep improving is to keep adapting your program as you improve. Programs should also change depending on your period of training (pre season, competition, off season etc.).
